What donor information is available?
All donors are recruited from verified donor registries. They have a proven track record of donating blood, plasma, or blood components.
We collect and provide data including:
- Age
- Gender
- Ethnicity
- General health status (
- CBC and WBC differential
- Infectious disease screening results (HIV, HBV, HCV, Syphilis) etc.
Can donors be recalled for future collections?
Yes. The same donor can usually donate again after 1–2 months.
Can we request Leukopaks from donors meeting specific criteria?
Yes, depending on the criteria. General characteristics such as age, gender, and blood type are easy to match.
For more specific traits, prior approval of testing protocols may be required.
Any testing must be non-invasive and performed on the day of donation – without chemical or biological stimulation.
Do you provide protocols or SOPs for NK cell isolation?
We would need more details from you to recommend a specific protocol. However, our expert team is happy to assist and advise you on suitable methods based on your requirements.
Can you provide documentation confirming ethical consent from donors?
All our collection centers are approved by local ethics committees and operate under standard donor consent procedures.
Each donor signs an informed consent form and completes a mandatory questionnaire prior to donation.
While we cannot share signed documents due to GDPR, we can provide:
- Ethics approval documentation of the collection center.
- A blank version of the donor questionnaire
We will select the collection site based on your needs and supply all required documentation in advance.
How quickly are Leukopaks available?
How much lead time is needed?
We recommend placing orders 14 days in advance. In urgent cases, 7 days may be sufficient.
Leukopaks are ready for transport 1–2 hours post-collection. We handle temperature-controlled shipping directly to your facility.
